Junyo, a blended learning software platform founded by Zynga co-founder Steve Schoettler, has pivoted into a marketing intelligence platform aimed at giving vendors and schools a deep set of data to create better connections and relationships. With access to these data points, the software helps break down funding and expenditure categories and where best for vendors to do outreach.
Vine goes Android [Twitter Blog]:
Vine launches its Android app today, opening up the uber-popular video app to millions of new users. The app experience is similar to the iOS version with one exception: Android users can zoom in on Vine videos.
It Takes a Village [AdAge]:
CMOs agree – brand building requires buy-in from the whole company, not just upper management. The brand needs to be “embedded into the fabric of the enterprise” – spot on. Defining the core of the brand, the mission, values, customer value, are some of the elements of a true brand experience. Customers and employees alike should experience the brand for what it is at any touchpoint. Employees, especially, should be the brand’s most passionate ambassadors.

Personal Capital, an online personal wealth management platform, raised $25 million in funding to provide free asset management tools and paid financial advisory services. The company manages about $200 million across over 700 clients.
